Branislav Šiaulys is a Slovak politician and businessman. He is a member of the Direction – Social Democracy party and has been a member of the European Parliament since 2009. Šiaulys has been involved in various business ventures, including a stint as the CEO of the Slovak energy company, EnergoAgentúra. He has also been a vocal critic of the European Union and has advocated for a more independent Slovakia. Šiaulys has been known for his outspoken and sometimes controversial views on politics and economics.
