Brian K. Ashton

Brian K. Ashton is the current president of BYU–Pathway Worldwide, a non-profit organization created by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to provide access to education and spiritual development for members around the world. Prior to becoming president, Ashton served as the church's secretary of education and was a professor at Brigham Young University. He has also held various leadership positions within the church, including serving as a bishop and stake president. Ashton is known for his commitment to education reform and his efforts to provide affordable access to higher education for members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He holds a Ph.D. in organizational leadership from Brigham Young University and has written extensively on topics related to education and spirituality.
