Brian Noyes

Campaign strategist and historian

Brian Noyes is an American campaign strategist and historian. He worked on the 2000 presidential campaign of George W. Bush and has written extensively on the subject of the 2000 election. Noyes has also taught at several universities and has given numerous lectures on the history of American politics. He is a graduate of Yale University and has a Master's degree in History from Yale.
