C. Louis Leipoldt

C. Louis Leipoldt was a South African writer, poet, and physician. He is best known for his works in Afrikaans, including his drama Die Heks and his poetry collections. Leipoldt was a prominent figure in Afrikaans literature and culture, and his works continue to be widely read and studied today. He was also a pioneer in the field of school health education and was instrumental in establishing the school health system in the Transvaal.
