Candace Rachel

Candace Rachel is a Rapid Response Coordinator for the Jefferson County Department of Health’s Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) initiative. She has extensive experience in public health and has trained numerous individuals on how to administer Naloxone. Rachel is also a passionate advocate for community outreach and resource distribution.
