Carlos Castaneda

Carlos Castaneda was a Mexican author and ethnopharmacologist known for his books on shamanism and the supernatural. He was a student of the Yaqui Indian sorcerer Don Juan Matus and wrote extensively on his experiences. Castaneda's books have been widely read and influential in popular culture.
