Carlos Lacalle Pou is a Uruguayan economist and politician. He was the Minister of Economy of Uruguay from 2010 to 2015 and served as the President of the Chamber of Deputies from 2015 to 2020. He is a member of the National Coalition for the Development (Coalición Nacional para el Desarrollo).
