Carlos Vecchio

Carlos Vecchio is a Venezuelan opposition leader and human rights activist. He was a key figure in the Venezuelan opposition during the presidency of Hugo Chávez and has been a vocal critic of the Maduro regime. Vecchio has also worked as a diplomat and has been involved in several international efforts to address the Venezuelan crisis. He is based in Washington, D.C.
