Caster Semenya is a South African Olympic athlete and author. She is a world-class middle-distance runner who has won numerous gold medals, including at the 2009 World Championships. Semenya has also been an outspoken advocate for women's rights and LGBTQ+ rights. She has written a memoir, The Race to Be Myself, which explores her experiences with gender stereotypes and self-love.
