Cecilia Paxton

Cecilia Paxton is the First Lady of Texas, serving since 2015. She is married to Ken Paxton and has been a strong supporter of his work as Attorney General. Cecilia has been involved in several charitable organizations, including the Texas Children's Health Foundation. She has also been a vocal advocate for women's rights and education. Cecilia is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.
