Celina Caesar-Chavannes

Celina Caesar-Chavannes is a Canadian politician who served as a Member of Parliament for the riding of Toronto Centre from 2015 to 2019. She was the first black woman to hold the position of House of Commons Deputy Leader. Caesar-Chavannes has been an advocate for social justice and has worked to address issues affecting black communities. She has also been a vocal critic of systemic racism and has used her platform to raise awareness about these issues.
