Chang Ya-ching

Chang Ya-ching is a Taiwanese politician and current vice chairman of the Kuomintang. He was born in 1965 in Taiwan and graduated from National Taiwan University. Chang has been involved in politics since the 1990s and has held various positions, including deputy mayor of Taichung and chairman of the Kuomintang's legislative caucus. He is known for his moderate views and has been a vocal advocate for economic development.
