About Charnze

Charnze Highmore is a former Australian professional rugby league footballer who played as a centre for the St George Illawarra Dragons in the NRL. He is also a current coach for the Dragons. Highmore is a former NRL premiership winner and was named the NRL's best young player in 2005. He is known for his exceptional speed and agility on the field. Highmore has also been involved in various charity work and has been a vocal advocate for mental health awareness. He currently hosts the ZenCast.fm podcast.
