Chris Horner

Chris Horner is a Canadian defense expert and author who has written extensively on space and military topics. He is a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute and has worked as a consultant to several government agencies. Horner is also a frequent commentator on space policy and has appeared on several television programs. He is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada and has a master's degree in international relations from the University of Toronto.
