Clarence Greenwood

Clarence Greenwood, known professionally as Citizen Cope, is a Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter and musician. Born in 1965 in Marietta, Georgia, Cope grew up in a musical family and began playing music at a young age. He released his debut album in 1994 and has since become known for his soulful voice and introspective lyrics. Cope has released several successful albums and has collaborated with a range of artists, including Dave Matthews and John Mayer. He is also a dedicated philanthropist, and has worked with organizations such as the Turn Around Arts program in Washington, D.C. to support arts education in underprivileged communities. Cope is based in Washington, D.C.
