Colonel James B. Beam

Colonel James B. Beam was an American entrepreneur and distiller. He is best known for founding the Beam Suntory whiskey company, which is now one of the largest whiskey producers in the world. Beam was a pioneer in the bourbon industry and is credited with developing the first commercially successful bourbon whiskey. He was also a skilled businessman and marketer, and his company continues to produce some of the world's most popular whiskeys.
