Dan Hanley

Dan Hanley is a former commercial airline pilot who converted to Islam in 2001. After the 9/11 attacks, Hanley became increasingly critical of US foreign policy in the Middle East and began to speak out about the need for greater understanding and tolerance between different cultures. He has written extensively on topics related to Islamophobia and pilot safety, and has given numerous lectures on these topics. Hanley is also a popular speaker and has appeared on numerous media outlets, including radio and television programs. He is based in Pakistan.
