Daniel Featley was an English theologian and Anglican priest who lived in the 17th century. He was a prominent figure in the Anglican Church and played a key role in the development of the Church of England. Featley was a strong advocate for the use of the Book of Common Prayer and was a vocal critic of the Puritans. He was also a prolific writer and published several books on theology and church history. Featley is best known for his work on the Thirty-Nine Articles of Faith, which are still used by the Anglican Church today.
