David Parker Ray

David Parker Ray was an American serial killer and rapist. He was convicted of murdering three women and torturing many others. Ray was born on December 31, 1952, in San Antonio, Texas. He was arrested in 2000 and was sentenced to death. He is currently on death row at the Terrell Unit in Texas.
