Declan Higgins

Declan Higgins is the current president of the Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors (AGSI). He has been a member of the Garda for over 30 years and has served in a variety of roles, including as a sergeant and an inspector. Declan is a strong advocate for the rights and interests of Garda members, and has been involved in several high-profile campaigns over the years. He is also a keen public speaker and has given numerous talks on topics related to policing and public service.
