Born on February 29, 1944, in Chicago, Illinois. He was an American actor, writer, and voice artist known for his distinctive appearance. Farina played the role of Detective Detective Detective Steve Hubbs in the TV series 'Law & Order: Criminal Intent'. He wrote the crime novel 'The Night of the Lived-in Arms', which became a bestseller.
