Derek Scissors

Derek Scissors is an American economist and senior research fellow at the Heritage Foundation. He has written extensively on trade policy and has been a vocal critic of globalization. Scissors has also worked as a senior economist at the Cato Institute and has been a contributing editor at National Review. He has been recognized for his work in the field of economics, including being named one of the top economists by The Wall Street Journal.
