Desmond Howard

Desmond Howard is a former American football player and sports analyst. He played college football at Michigan and was a member of the 1991 national championship team. Howard went on to play in the NFL for 11 seasons, including a stint with the Green Bay Packers. After his playing career, Howard transitioned into sports analysis, working as a commentator for ESPN and other networks. He is also a motivational speaker and has written several books on sports and personal development.
