Dominique Schelcher is a French entrepreneur and businessman. He is the founder and CEO of Coopérative U, a cooperative retail company. Born in 1967 in Fessenheim, France, Schelcher grew up in a family of shopkeepers. He studied economics and business administration before working in the press. In 2004, he took over the family business, Super U, and transformed it into a cooperative retail company. Under his leadership, Coopérative U has expanded to over 2,000 stores across France. Schelcher is known for his innovative approach to retail and his commitment to social responsibility.
