Donna Ockenden is a former clinical midwife who led the Ockenden Review, which exposed serious failings in maternity care at the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust. Donna has spoken publicly about her own experiences of childhood trauma and sexual abuse, and has become a prominent voice on issues related to maternal healthcare. She is based in the UK.
