Donna Simmons

Donna Simmons is a wife, mother, author, and dedicated advocate for breaking cycles of generational trauma and supporting mental health recovery. She has written a book called Ashes to Flame: Transforming Trauma Into Purpose. Donna is appointed by the Governor to the Kentucky Juvenile Justice Advisory Board and collaborates with leaders across the state to reduce juvenile system involvement.
