Dorothy Lund

Dorothy Lund is a professor of law at Columbia Law School and co-director of the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership. She has expertise in corporate law and governance, and has written extensively on these topics. Lund has also taught at other universities and has advised companies on corporate governance issues.
