Dr. Alan Boss

Dr. Alan Boss is a planetary scientist and author who has written extensively on the science of asteroids and comets. He is a research scientist at the Planetary Science Institute and has worked on several NASA missions, including the OSIRIS-REx mission that returned samples from the asteroid Bennu. Boss has also written several books on astronomy and science, including the award-winning book 'The Right Stuff: A History of the Rocket Men'. He is currently a professor at the University of Arizona and has received numerous awards for his contributions to science education and outreach.
