Dr. Alyson McGregor is a leading expert in sex and gender differences in medicine. She is a Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Greenville, and has dedicated her career to addressing how male-centric medical research impacts women's health. McGregor has published over 100 peer-reviewed articles and has co-founded the Division of Sex and Gender in Emergency Medicine at Brown University.
