Dr. Amr Totlaht

Dr. Amr Totlaht is an Egyptian engineer and politician who has served as the Minister of Communications and Information Technology since 2020. He has a strong background in telecommunications and technology, having worked for various companies and organizations in the field. Prior to his ministerial role, he was the CEO of Etisalat Misr. Dr. Totlaht is known for his efforts to promote digital transformation and innovation in Egypt. He has also been a vocal advocate for the importance of education and training in the tech sector. Dr. Totlaht holds a PhD in telecommunications from the University of Essex.
