Dr. David Sittser is an American Baptist theologian and historian. He is a professor of Christian Studies at Rochester University in New York. Dr. Sittser is known for his work on the history of American Christianity and the development of evangelicalism. He has written several books on the subject, including 'Discipleship and the Pursuit of God' and 'Theology for Race and Reconciliation'.
