Dr. Leah Weiss

Dr. Leah Weiss is an organizational psychologist and author who has written extensively on topics such as compassion, empathy, and leadership. She is the founder of the Center for Compassion in Organizations and has worked with organizations such as Google and the World Bank to develop compassion-based leadership programs. Dr. Weiss has also taught at Stanford University and has written several books on the topic of compassion in the workplace.
