Dr. Nicole A. Lee

Dr. Lee is a clinical psychologist with expertise in adolescent substance use disorders. She has conducted extensive research on the neural mechanisms underlying addiction and has published numerous papers on the topic. Dr. Lee is also a licensed therapist and has worked with various organizations to develop evidence-based treatment programs for individuals struggling with addiction. Born in Seoul, South Korea, she moved to the United States at age 16 to pursue higher education. She earned her Ph.D. from Yale University and now teaches at Stanford University. Dr. Lee's work has been featured on major news outlets, including The New York Times and NPR.
