Dr. Willem van der Hoeven

Dr. Willem van der Hoeven is a Dutch psychiatrist and expert on sex offenders. He is the director of the Van der Hoevenkliniek in Utrecht, a specialist clinic for sex offenders. Dr. van der Hoeven has written several books on the topic of sex offenders and has given numerous lectures on the subject. He has also worked as a consultant for the Dutch government on issues related to sex offenders. Dr. van der Hoeven has a degree in medicine from the University of Utrecht and has completed additional training in psychiatry. He is a member of the Dutch Society for Psychiatry and has published several papers on the topic of sex offenders.
