Droupadi Murmu

Droupadi Murmu is the 15th President of India, serving since 2022. She is a politician and a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Born on June 20, 1958, in South 24 Parganas, West Bengal, India, she is the first person with disabilities to hold the office of President of India. She has been a member of the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament, and has served as the Governor of Jharkhand and Odisha.
