Dunia Borga

Dunia Borga is the co-owner and chef of La Duni, a popular Latin bakery and restaurant in Dallas. Borga is a native Dallasite and grew up in a family of restaurateurs. She studied culinary arts in Mexico and worked in several restaurants in the city before opening La Duni with her husband Taco. Borga is known for her creative and delicious dishes, which often feature traditional Latin ingredients and flavors. She is also a popular speaker and has given talks at several food festivals and events.
