Eamon Duffy

Eamon Duffy is a historian and professor of early modern history at the University of Cambridge. He has written extensively on the history of the Church of England and the English Reformation. Duffy is known for his meticulous research and his ability to uncover new insights into the history of early modern Europe. He has also been a frequent commentator on historical topics in the media. Duffy received his PhD from the University of Cambridge and has held fellowships at the British Academy and the Centre for the History of Science at the University of Cambridge. He is currently working on a book about the history of the Church of England.
