Northumbrian nobleman
Earl Osulf II was a Northumbrian nobleman who ruled over the region North of the Tyne in the 7th century. He is mentioned in several historical sources, including the Historia Ecclesiastica Gentis Anglorum by Bede. Not much is known about his life, but it is believed that he was a member of the powerful House of Bamburgh.
