Eddie Giacomin

Eddie Giacomin was a Hall of Fame goalie who played in the National Hockey League for over 20 years. He was born on March 21, 1939, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Giacomin played for several teams, including the New York Rangers, Boston Bruins, and Montreal Canadiens. He was known for his exceptional goaltending skills and was a key player on several championship teams. Giacomin was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1980. He passed away on February 4, 2025, at the age of 85.
