Edward J. Weisenburger

Edward J. Weisenburger is an American prelate of the Catholic Church who has served as the Archbishop of Detroit since 2019. He was born in 1965 in Michigan and studied at the University of Detroit Mercy and the Pontifical North American College in Rome. Weisenburger was ordained as a priest in 1991 and served in various roles within the Archdiocese of Detroit before being appointed as Archbishop. He is known for his strong advocacy on social justice issues and his commitment to building bridges between different communities.
