Elfaf Shafak

Elfaf Shafak is a Turkish novelist and writer. She was born in 1971 in Istanbul, Turkey. Shafak is known for her novels that explore themes of identity, culture, and social justice. Her books have been translated into many languages and have received critical acclaim. Shafak has also been a vocal advocate for women's rights and LGBTQ+ rights.
