Emanuela Speranza is an Italian journalist and politician. She was born on April 22, 1967, in Milan, Italy. Speranza studied law at the Università degli Studi di Milano and later earned a degree in journalism. After graduating, she worked as a reporter for several newspapers and magazines. In 2020, she was appointed as the Minister of Health in the Italian government, becoming one of the first women to hold the position. She is known for her work on healthcare policy and her advocacy for women's rights.
