Enoch Powell was a British politician and doctor who served as a Member of Parliament from 1950 to 1974. He was a prominent figure in the Conservative Party and served as the Secretary of State for Health from 1968 to 1970. Powell was known for his strong views on immigration and his opposition to the European Economic Community.
