Enrique III of Castile was the King of Castile from 1379 to 1408. He was the son of King John I of Castile and Queen Philippa of Lancaster. Enrique III was a member of the Trastámara dynasty and ruled Castile during a time of great turmoil and conflict. He was known for his military campaigns and his efforts to strengthen the kingdom's economy and infrastructure.
