Ernst Pretorius

Ernst Pretorius is a South African politician serving as the Premier of the Province of Limpopo. He was born in 1965 in Polokwane, South Africa. Pretorius has a degree in law from the University of Pretoria. He has been a member of the African National Congress (ANC) since 1991 and has held various positions within the party, including serving as the Deputy Minister of Public Enterprises from 2014 to 2018. He was appointed as the Premier of Limpopo in 2019. Pretorius has been a strong advocate for economic development and job creation in the province.
