Eskandar Sadeghi-Boroujerdi is a lecturer on the international politics of the Middle East at the University of St Andrews. He is the author of Revolution and Its Discontents: Political Thought and Reform in Iran. Sadeghi-Boroujerdi has written extensively on Iranian politics and society, and has been a vocal critic of the Iranian government.
