Eugen von Böhm-Bawerk

Eugen von Böhm-Bawerk was an Austrian economist and financial minister who lived in the 19th and early 20th centuries. He is best known for his work on the theory of interest and his contributions to the development of modern economics. Von Böhm-Bawerk was a prominent figure in the Austrian School of economics and was a key influence on the work of later economists such as Friedrich Hayek. He was also a politician and served as the Austrian Minister of Finance from 1897 to 1898.
