Eugene Vindman is an American diplomat and politician. He served as the National Security Council (NSC) liaison to Ukraine from 2014 to 2019. Vindman is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point and has served in the US Army Reserve. He has been a member of the US House of Representatives since 2021.
