Eva Poptcheva

Eva Poptcheva is a Bulgarian politician serving as a Member of the European Parliament. She was born in 1980 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Poptcheva has been a member of the European Parliament since 2014. She is a member of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe party. In 2019, she was elected as the President of the European Parliament's Committee on Budgetary Control. She is fluent in Bulgarian, English, French, and German.
