Pamphleteer and anarchist
Ezra Heywood was an American anarchist and pamphleteer who was active in the mid-19th century. He was a key figure in the development of anarchist thought in the United States, and was known for his critiques of capitalism and his advocacy for individual liberty and voluntary association. Heywood was also a prolific writer and published numerous pamphlets and articles on anarchist topics. He was a close friend and collaborator of Peter Kropotkin, another prominent anarchist thinker.
